Kapu youth told to avail benefits from corporation
MP and TDP parliamentary party leader, Thota Narasimham said that the Kapu Welfare Corporation was formed for the first time in the State to uplift of the poor and needy among the social section.
Kakinada: MP and TDP parliamentary party leader, Thota Narasimham said that the Kapu Welfare Corporation was formed for the first time in the State to uplift of the poor and needy among the social section.
Participating in the Kapu Loan Mela organised at Merchants Association Function Hall in Kakinada on Saturday, the MP said that the youth in the social section should utilise the benefits from the corporation loans for their self-employment The MP distributed assets to 512 beneficiaries to the extent of Rs 4.61 crore.
He also said that subsidy to the similar amount would be disbursed to these beneficiaries. On this occasion Narasimham said that apart from loans for provision of self-employment, assistance to the students for higher and overseas education also being extended.
