He performed Bhoomi pooja for the construction of two veterinary hospital buildings at Kolamasanapalle in Palamaneru and Byreddipalle at an estimated cost of Rs.18 lakh each
Madanapalle: The Minister for Industries N Amaranatha Reddy received a rousing reception when he made a tour of his constituency Palamaneru on Sunday and participated in several programmes. He performed Bhoomi pooja for the construction of two veterinary hospital buildings at Kolamasanapalle in Palamaneru and Byreddipalle at an estimated cost of Rs.18 lakh each.
Speaking on the occasion, the minister said that the government is committed to bring more industries to the district which will provide employment opportunities to the people.He directed the officials to complete the construction work of the hospital in the stipulated time to help farmers.
The people in the constituency depend more on dairy industry after agriculture. The road works in the Kolamasanapalle Panchayat were completed with Rs.50 lakhs and development works worth Rs.16 lakhs were completed by the Zilla Parishad. The ZP chairperson also sanctioned a water plant and shed at a cost of Rs.4 lakhs, he said.
