Doctor of Philosophy awarded to Yoga teacher
Identifying the services rendered by Gottimukkala Muralikrishna towards Yoga, the American Harvest Bible University has awarded him with Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Counselling Psychology. The university representative Praveen Varma speaking to The Hans India on Thursday said that Yoga master written several popular books in Telugu on how to safeguard health which evoked tremendous response.
Kurnool: Identifying the services rendered by Gottimukkala Muralikrishna towards Yoga, the American Harvest Bible University has awarded him with Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Counselling Psychology. The university representative Praveen Varma speaking to The Hans India on Thursday said that Yoga master written several popular books in Telugu on how to safeguard health which evoked tremendous response.
He published several books on Yoga like Yoga Vijayam, Yogika Surya Namaskaralu and Arogya Mudras. He said that the doctorate has been awarded to Muralikrishna by Dr Vardh Thompson of the US at Vijayawada during a graduate’s celebrations programme on June 11. Muralikrishna has thanked the University representatives for honouring him with the PhD.
