Srikakulam: UPSC third ranker Ronanki Gopala Krishna suggested to parents and teachers not to exert pressure on students as its affect their all-round development. He was felicitated by Srikakulam Journalists JAC at NGO’s Home here on Friday. Speaking on the occasion, Gopalakrishna appealed to parents to allow their wards to grow in natural and liberal atmosphere. He suggested to students to set goals and work hard to achieve them. Gopalakrishna explained his long journey of 11 years in achieving third rank in Civils.

Zilla Parishad chairperson Ch Dhanalakshmi, Srikakulam MLA G Lakshmi Devi lauded Gopalakrishna’s success and appealed to students to work hard for good results. Joint collector KVN Chakradhara Babu, additional joint collector P Rajanikantha Rao suggested to Gopalakrishna to serve the poor and hapless as winning their hearts is more important than ranks.

District cooperative officer Balivada Srihari, district panchayat officer Koteswara Rao, Srikakulam DSP K Bhargav Rao Naidu, District Bar Association president Annepu Satyannarayana, APNGO leaders Ch Purusotham Naidu, H Sairam, academicians, Surangi Mohan Rao, Rada Kailasa Rao, representatives of various NGOs Natukula Mohan, B Kameswara Rao also lauded achievement of Gopalakrishna. Later, Gopalakrishna was felicitated by Zilla Parishad chairperson, MLA and Journalists JAC representatives.
