Chinta Mohan expresses solidarity with postal staff

Tirupati: Former Congress MP Dr Chinta Mohan has demanded the central government to resolve the justifiable demands of postal employees and labourers.

The Congress leader has visited the relay hunger strike camp of the employees here on Wednesday and expressed his solidarity.

Speaking to the media, Chinta Mohan said that the number of regular employees in government departments was coming down due to the policies of state and central governments.

The existing employees were finding it difficult to bear the heavy workload with the recruitment of outsourcing staff on temporary basis. He demanded the Municipal Commissioner to look into the demands of sanitary labourers of Municipal Corporation of Tirupati immediately.
