Kapu Sangham chief Mudragada Padmanabham's house arrest has come to an end today. However, the tension returned at his native residence in Kirlampudi, East Godavari district.

With Mudragada all set to begin the proposed 'Chalo Amaravati' Padayatra, the police once again stopped him and didn't allow him to move out of his residence.
