Health RD inspects IPW building on ex-MP’s plaint
Dr Anuradha, Regional Director (RD), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, has inspected the Institute of Pregnant Women (IPW) building here on Wednesday and reviewed with hospital authorities at SV Medical College (SVMC).

On the complaint made by former MP Dr Chinta Mohan that the building was still not brought into use even after four years of laying the foundation stone. He even complained about the misappropriation of funds.
The central government has sent Dr Anuradha to enquire and submit a report. During her inspection, she found that some misappropriation of funds took place and said that she will submit a report to the central government.
Along with Chinta Mohan, SV Medical College Principal Dr NV Ramanaiah, Maternity Hospital superintendent Dr Bhavani and doctors of other departments were present on the occasion.
