The civil, electrical and computerization related works worth Rs 3 crore have reached their final stage. The devotees can join the queue complex at the allocated time.

The TTD is planning to introduce the time slot system in the Sarva Darsanam before April 1-. The Sarva Darsanam tickets would be issued on the Aadhar of Voter ID cards of the devotees. The civil, electrical and computerization related works worth Rs 3 crore have reached their final stage. The devotees can join the queue complex at the allocated time.

The system was first introduced for Rs 300 tickets in 2013 and for those coming to the hill temple on foot from 2017.Both the systems have proved successful and the TTD has already tested the sytem for Sarvadarsanam on trial bais during December 18 till 23 last year.

According to the TTD officials, if the system runs smoothly, the maximum time for darshan will be reduced to just 2 hours. They said that the system was introduced on the express orders of TTD EO Anil Singhal. They said that a devotee who had darshan on production of Aadhar or Voter ID, would not be issued a token again for 15 days. Similarly, if a devotee already has Divya Darsanam ticket, he would not be given Sarva Darsanam time slot.
