Tirupati: To avoid speaking against Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the debate on no-confidence motion, the YSRCP chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy had let their MPs resign from Lok Sabha and managed to see that they were accepted by the Speaker, commented APSRTC Chairman and TDP senior leader Varla Ramaiah.

Speaking to the media here on Monday, he said Jagan has been scared of Prime Minister and he knows it pretty well that if he talks against Modi, he has to go to jail again. “Jagan has no moral right to give a bandh call as his party did nothing to fight for Special Category Status. Jagan has been asking what Chief Minister has been doing. Because of Chief Minister’s fight only Jagan was put behind bars for 16 months and visiting court every Friday.

It was Naidu who has published the book ‘Raja of Corruption’ through which he was able to bring to the notice of public about the Rs.1 lakh crore corruption during YSR’s rule,’’ the TDP leader said. Commenting on Pawan Kalyan, he said that all heroes cannot become Chief Ministers. Tirupati MLA M Suguna and TUDA Chairman G Narasimha Yadav were also present.
