Vijayawada: Krishna University registrar Pulipati King, said that everyone should have good English communication skills to be successful in future.
The registrar participated as the chief guest at the national workshop on ‘ESL Classroom: Meeting Circular and Corporate Goals’ organised by KBN College here on Tuesday.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that most of the students study in Telugu medium and later join English medium to pursue higher education and they cannot communicate properly in English.
So everyone should take some time out and learn English. He said that the faculty should help the students and these kind of workshops would benefit the faculty as well, he added.
The college principal Dr V Narayana Rao said students who were good at English would excel in their field they choose.
English and Foreign Languages University professors Dr C Ramamuni Reddy, Dr Mahendra Pathak, retired Prof Dr S Mohan Raj and others were present.
