Vijayawada: BJP MLC PVN Madhav called upon the people to cast their vote against the Telugu Desam in the forthcoming elections. Addressing party workers who staged a protest demonstration here on Thursday to expose the failures of Telugu Desam, Madhav said that the state government was rather wrongly trying to malign the Centre.
He said that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu gave several promises to people during the last Assembly elections. "The government involved in rampant corruption using its power," the BJP MLC said and requested the Chief Minister to fulfill the promises in the next six months.
The state government was misusing funds in the construction of Polavaram project also, he alleged and appealed to the youth to come forward to teach a fitting lesson to TDP. He urges Chief Minister N Chandrababu as to how he entered into a poll alliance with Congress party in Telangana.
He recalled that Chandrababu Naidu himself blamed the Congress party for state bifurcation. BJP leaders Chikkala Rajanikanth, Adduri Sriram, Muvalla Venkatasubbaiah, LRK Prasad and others were present.
