Rajamahendravaram: AIDWA national general secretary Mariyam Davale has underlined the need to protect women and girls from the clutches of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Rastriya Swayam SevakSangh (RSS), which is the need of the hour. Addressing a press conference in River Bay Resorts here on Friday, she said attacks andrapes were increased on girls after BJP came into power.
As per national crime report, many rapists are escaping from punishments. “BJP and RSS are supporting criminals and rapists and many rulingparty MLAs and MPs are involving in rape cases. Police are becoming criminals in BJPregime and the police in Uttar Pradesh are not registering cases against the rapists because of BJP government,’’ she said.
