Guntur: Minister for Civil Supplies Prattipati Pulla Rao has said that they will launch a special drive to identify the eligible to give white ration cards.
He addressed a meeting held in Chilakaluripet town in Guntur district on Monday night.
Speaking on this occasion, he said that the aim of the government was to issue cards to all eligible.
He urged the eligible families who have no ration card and waiting for ration cards to enter their details in the Prajadharika Survey.
He said that they will open a counter in the Chilakaluripet Agriculture Market Yard to issue cards from November 25 to 30.
He further said that if this programme proved successful, it will implemented throughout the state.
He assured that he will solve problems of the fair price dealers. He instructed the fair price dealers to distribute ration to all the card holders.
