To mark Kartika Pournami, Kartika Vana Samaradana a gettogether of the journalist fraternity from Vijayawada and nearby places, both print and electronic media, participated in the programme organised at a farm house in Adavi Nekkalam near NRI Engineering College here on Friday Senior journalists too participated in the programme
Vijayawada: To mark Kartika Pournami, ‘Kartika Vana Samaradana’ a get-together of the journalist fraternity from Vijayawada and near-by places, both print and electronic media, participated in the programme organised at a farm house in Adavi Nekkalam near NRI Engineering College here on Friday. Senior journalists too participated in the programme.
Speaking on the occasion N Chalapathi Rao president Vijayawada press club, said that for the first time this kind of get-together for journalists was organised.
Later, awards were given to a few journalists on the occasion.
A Anjaneyulu, IJU vice-president, Ch Ravi, APUWJ Krishna district Urban president, K Rajeswara Rao secretary, Vasanth secretary of Vijayawada Press Club, D Venkateswara Rao, APUWJ state council member and others were present.
