Rajamahendravaram: Minister for Sports Kollu Ravindra has advised the dentists to update their professional skills to provide quality medical aid to the patients and said there wasawareness among the people on dental medicine.
Participating on the second day of 39th Andhra Pradesh State Dental Conference held at Cherukuri Kalyana Mandapam here on Saturday, he said enhancing skills to the dentists is inevitable to continue their profession as the patients wants quality medical treatment.
Because of the growing demand for dental related courses many dental colleges are coming up in private sectoralso and the dental hospitals are also coming up even in small towns. It is the duty of the dental doctors to imbibe confidence among the patients by giving them required treatment, he said. The minister advised dental students to learn new things from their seniors and try to became a role model in their profession.
