Kakinada: Chairman of GUDA (Godavari Urban Development Authority) Ganni Krishna asked the public to utilise the services being rendered by GUDA for public.
Participating in the open forum organised here at GUDA office on Friday, Ganni said that in near future GUDA will be opting for land pooling as part of extension of its services.
The chairman received representations from public on issues related to land clearance.
Ganni reminded that they are initiating stringent action on unauthorised layouts and constructions under its purview.
Ganni on this occasion advised people to verify all relative documents carefully at the time of purchase of properties.
GUDA director Gatti Satyanarayana also attended the open forum.
