6000 students visit science fest in Bhimavaram

Eluru: About 6,000 students from over 30 schools in the district visited the ongoing science fest at Westberry School in Bhimavaram since January 30, according to co-convener and deputy education officer Venkata Ramana.
The Westberry School arranged transportation for the students to visit the science festival. The festival is scheduled to conclude on February 1. However, owing to bandh call given by some political parties, the event was concluded on Thursday itself.
However, the organisers made arrangements for distribution of prizes to winners of district-level competitions.
