Rajamahendravaram: Madiga Reservation Porata Samithi (MRPS) founder president Manda Krishna Madiga has said that Challo Amaravati programme will be organised on February 19th, to bring pressure on government for SC classification.
Speaking to reporters at Press Club here on Friday, he said Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu supported SC classification in the united state and now remains silent in this regard due to mounting pressure from various quarters.
Manda Krishna demanded Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu to create separate corporations to each section on par with separate corporations announced to sub-castes in BC community.
How can the Chief Minister assure to give five percent of reservations to Kapu community out of the 10 per cent reservations sanctioned to EWS, he questioned.
MRPS will fight until SC classification is materialised, he said. Here after Madigas cannot remain as mere vote bank to any party in future, he added.
