From there, "merchant bargaining for France's Rafale combat aircraft begins" said a representative of the French delegation. Final price along with the level of aircraft equipment and sophistication are sticking points to be discussed among others.

India wished it to be with the highest level, in a context within which Indian air force puts pressure on its government to renew aging squadrons. Financial negotiation has just begun.

"This is a political agreement which makes way for opening up the possibility to close the trade. In India, if there is no agreement between governments, there will be no agreement between industries", said Minister of Finance Michel Sapin accompanying French President.

"Both our countries deal with region crises and terror. We have both been hit. Trades will be intensified, we'll participate in cooperation between services and we'll act to strengthen our military equipment", said Francois Hollande.

The French President will be the guest of the great military parade on Raj Path Avenue, on Monday in New Delhi, where for the first time foreign military force will parade, that is 35th French infantry regiment, who just conducted joint training against terrorism in Rajasthan, with the Indian army.
