Pawan Kalyan, Nithya Menen best actors

Power Star Pawan Kalyan has done it. We told you last time that the awards for Pawan has only started. Here comes another. Pawan Kalyan bagged the best actor in male category for his role in Gabbar Singh.

The best female actor award was given to Nithya Menen for her role in Ishq which also bagged the award for being the best youth film. Nithya starred in Ishq opposite Nithiin. Her next film too was with the same star titled Gunde Jaari Gallantayinde which went to on to become a blockbuster hit.

SS Rajamouli's Eega bagged the film award while the director himself was declared the best director. Tollywood's hot favourite Devi Sri Prasad won the best music director award.

Okay, the award we are talking about here is the Hyderabad Times Film Awards 2012 which were chosen through an online poll conducted by the Times of India.
