Back to winning ways with ‘Tadakha’, actor Naga Chaitanya has a great year to look forward. With his ambitious venture ‘Manam’ alongside dad Nagarjuna and grandfather Nageswara Rao already on sets, the Akkineni scion has commenced shooting for his new film with director Vijay Kumar Konda of ‘Gundejaari Gallanthayyinde’ fame. It went on to floors on Thursday in Hyderabad. The first schedule will last till December 23.
Chaitanya, who will be romancing former Miss Universe India runner up Pooja Hegde, promised the film to be a different love story. “Vijay’s subject was interesting. It will be an unusual love story,” the actor said.
Annapurna Studios 25th production, the film, a romantic family entertainer, will be wrapped up by April. Nag is targeting a summer release. Also starring Brahmanandam, Ali, Prabhu, Ashish Vidyarthi and Sudha in supporting roles, the film will have music by Anoop Rubens. ‘Oka Laila Kosam’ is the title under consideration for the film.
