No time for Chiru?

Grapevine has it that Parineeti Chopra, who is on the wish list of every top Bollywood director thesedays, has been approached to star alongside Megastar Chiranjeevi in his anticipated 150th flick, but guess what? She said NO to it. Why?

Speaking to his Srikakulam fans early this month, Chiranjeevi insisted that his 150th film will commence after the elections. Well, looks like the preparations for the project are already in full swing, if the latest reports are to be believed. Apparently, the makers of this Chiru flick had a brief chat with B-town hottie Parineeti Chopra to romance the actor-turned-politician when she was in the pearl city shooting for her flick ‘Daawat-E-Ishq’ with Aditya Roy Kapoor. The actress, who has been a revelation ever since she made her debut with ‘Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl’ late last decade, has also won many hearts with her firebrand outings in films like ‘Ishaqzaade’ and ‘Shuddh Desi Romance’.

And what’s interesting is that the actress was floored by the film’s subject but had to turn it down, it is spoken at length. The reason: her dates would be clashing with her other flicks that she has already signed up for the year. It is being said that petite actress was offered a bomb but she had no other options than to respect her prior commitments. Well, who would lose an opportunity to romance an actor who ruled Tollywood for almost two decades and is known to be the best at his craft? Not other girls for sure!
