The wait is over!

For Mahesh Babu fans, here’s some good news. His long-delayed project with ‘Mirchi’ director Koratala Siva is very much on and the actor would be joining the sets as soon as he finishes ‘Aagadu’, which is expected to be wrapped up by June

Clearing the suspense surrounding Mahesh Babu and writer-turned-director Koratala Siva’s project, UTV’s south chief, Dhananjay Govind, taking to Twitter, announced that the big ticket flick is very much on and that it would go on floors from July 14. With the Superstar shooting for Sreenu Vaitla’s ‘Aagadu’ since mid-December, the project had to be delayed by a considerable time.

Dhananjay, who has been frequently stopping by Hyderabad for the past one month, further added that details regarding other artistes technicians who will be involved in the film, would be announced next week. This is the second time that Mahesh would be joining hands with UTV. He earlier starred in ‘Athidi’ which was co-produced by the Bollywood’s premier production and distribution agency. This time around too, this new film will be a joint venture between UTV and Indira Productions, owned by Mahesh’s sister Manjula. We hear the project will be an action film and will see Mahesh mouthing some powerful dialogues.
