Nevertheless, the decision concerning Pawan’s Rajya Sabha entry would be finalised as soon as Pawan returns from a foreign tour.
It is learnt that Modi has been very happy over the results the party achieved in Seemandhra and Telangana, in the recently concluded general elections. In view of the same, Modi wants to send Pawan Kalyan to Rajya Sabha to show his gratitude for Pawan’s key role during the election campaigning in either region. Also, he is likely to pacify Pawan that making RS entry would hamper his film career.

From the other end, the sad demise of Nedurumalli Janardhana Reddy has created a vacancy in Andhra Pradesh. Modi is keen to pacify Chandrababu Naidu to support Pawan’s entry against this existing vacancy.
Though news made rounds that, Modi has been determined to get one seat for Pawan Kalyan out of the four seats getting vacated in Karnataka, now the scene got changed and Pawan is likely to make his entry from Andhra Pradesh only, reportedly. The BJP leaders opine that Modi wants to suitably acknowledge the efforts of Pawan Kalyan and for the same he wants to send Pawan to the Upper House.
The seat that has become vacant with the sad demise of late Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh N Janardhana Reddy has been eyed by many leaders of TDP. It is only the time that could decide who would make their entry to RS on this vacant seat.
