Just good friends! Sid-Sam

Samantha may avoid labelling Siddharth as her boy friend. But the petite actress never leaves an opportunity to drop a hint or two about her equation with the ‘Bommarillu’ star. Be it re-tweeting Siddharth’s tweets or endorsing his views online, Sam has always ensured that she gives enough fodder for the media to ponder over her relationship status with Sid. However, a fortnight ago the Chennai beauty went a step ahead and attended the soundtrack launch of her ‘alleged’ beau’s next Tamil flick ‘Ennakul Oruvan’, a remake of Kannada hit ‘Lucia.’

While the guest list also included the likes of Khushbu and Tamil Nadu’s present sensation Vijay Sethupathi, it was Samantha who hogged the limelight, according to onlookers. The actress, it is learnt, sat next to Sid during most of the show as he talked about the film and the cast.

They bonded like a house on fire and the camaraderie was visible for all to see, it is learnt further. Also, the actress couldn’t stop gushing about the film and Sid’s much talked about look – in particular. Apart from shifting base to Chennai, looks like Sam is not missing out any chance to be with her ‘best friend’ in a public do too, right?
