‘Romeo’ to release, at last!

After witnessing numerous delays in the past, Sai Ram Shanker-starrer ‘Romeo’ will finally be making its way to the screens this October 10. Director-producer Madhura Sreedhar is releasing the film across the two states. He said that he goes a long way with both film’s director Gopi and cameraman Vinda.

“In fact, the credit of introducing ‘Romeo’s composer Sunil Kashyap to Tollywood goes to me,” he said at a promotional event of the film. Director Puri Jagannadh said that he came across the idea of writing the films script when he visited Verona, a city in Europe where the historical love story of Romeo & Juliet took place.

“Its beautiful love story that revolves around a possessive guy,” he said, while hoping to see his brother’s dismal streak end at the box-office with the film. While Adonica is opposite Sai Ram, actor Ravi Teja is playing a key role in the film.
