Pawan's Atharintiki remake won't have Trisha

Trisha's Kannada debut as leading lady in Mahesh Babu's Dookudu remake titled Power starring power star Puneet Rajkumar was a super duper hit that it broke all box office records. Her impressive performance was much talked about in Gandhinagar circles.

This was followed by reports that Trisha will be cast opposite Sudeep in the Kannada remake of the Telugu family entertainer Atharintiki Daredi starring Pawan Kalyan.

However, now we hear that she's not part of the movie. If at all she may be asked to do an item number that Mumtaz did in the original. The leading ladies for the Kannada remake of AD has been finalised with Rachita Ram and Hari Priya reprising the roles played by Samantha and Pranitha.

Trisha's mother uma has rubbished reports that her daughter was even approached for any role in the Kannada movie.
