Sharaabi song added to Happy New Year

Shah Rukh Khan along with his team Deepika Padukone, Boman Iraani, Sonu Sood, Vivaan and Director Farah Khan celebrated the success of Happy New Year in a different style. This is the first time that a video song titled Sharaabi, a special song has been added after the film's release.

Ask SRK why was this song not added during the promotions of the film? Pat comes the answer, ”When we feel that we should add something new we will do so…also don’t you guys worry we have shot so much that we can add to another one hour of film which the audiences will surely like,” he laughs Well, according to the King Khan the best actors in the Sharabi Video are, “It is so individual but I think Deepika and Abhishek were the best Sharaabis."

Adding the details he quips, ”Ganesh Hegde has choreographed the song and the entire cast in it. "

Ask SRK the film is super hit but critics have panned the film, does it matter to him? “I respect their view points and it is their view on the film. But our point of view is different so next time we will try to make sure and work hard that as many people should see the film and everyone should be happy. Entertainment should be for everyone. People told me why are you doing comedy film you should do serious films. You should be versatile to do everything and audience should be versatile to enjoy every film at the level of the film. Gold and iron cannot be compared. Chalk and cheese cannot be compared.I tell my children that don’t compare everything. Enjoy it at their level. Everyone strives to make people like it. We will keep trying and entertaining at some point or the other. It matters to us. They are important and we will feel bad if we don’t reach out to everyone. Definitely we cannot be pompous enough to turn our backs on to the ones who have not liked the film. But we will try to entertain them with all our films may be the next time!"

Shah Rukh on Aamir adding his PK trailer to HNY release, "We don’t plan anything. Everyone does it when they think it’s their best day or when their work is ready. Whenever there is a big film every actor and director wants the trailer of their film with the film. Ajay Devgn was gracious enough to let us show the trailer of our film with his film and now PK was shown with our film. It's good business sense and in spite of all this that others like it. We are happy that PK is releasing with our film. If we can participate with their success we will be gracious enough."
