Akshay in PC Sorcar’s biopic?

‘Gulaab Gang’ director Soumik Sen has long been expressing interest in making a biopic on the life of the late magician PC Sorcar. And if the latest buzz is anything to go by, Akshay Kumar will play the role of the magician.

Based on a report by a Mumbai based tabloid, Sen approached Akshay with a script and the latter was so impressed that he immediately gave a nod.

PC Sorkar’s son has apparently given the director a go ahead to make the film. Sorkar was renowned for his magical tricks and illusions and the ‘floating lady’ act was the most popular amongst them.
