The film is being directed by Paandian of "Priyam" fame.
Meanwhile, Trisha is set to tie the knot towards the end of the year with entrepreneur-turned-producer Varun Manian.
"She has a few projects to be completed. She should be done with them by the end of this year, and that's when she plans to get married. They haven't zeroed in on a date yet," the source said.
Trisha is awaiting the release of Tamil action-thriller "Yennai Arindhaal".
