Badlapur a step towards commercial Hindi: Radhika Apte

Radhika Apte, known for her roles in art house films, is looking forward to Varun Dhawan-starrer ‘Badlapur’ as she feels it will be an image-breaker for her.

Radhika made her full-fledged acting debut in Bollywood with ‘Shor in the City’ in 2011 but ever since, she has busy in documentaries and films down south.

“I have done commercial movies in regional cinema but ‘Badlapur’ is my first Bollywood film after ‘Shor...’. I am hoping my image of an art house movie actress will be broken by this film.

I can’t talk about my part because it is a thriller and the makers have kept it secret. But it is a very interesting character,” Radhika said.
