Rannvijay on his love for the city

Actor-cum-anchor Rannvijay was in the city on Wednesday for the opening of fashion store Jannat at Taj Deccan. Designers Shalini Bhupal and Poonam Choudhari launched the store. Rannvijay, who is related to Poonam Choudhari on his wife’s side, had a lot to share about his love for the city.

“I love Hyderabad! The city being on the list of the best cities to live in was not surprising. It has a rich culture, and the standard and quality of living is good. For the kind of people that live here, the city has lounges and stores like Jannat to cater to the peoples’ likings,” Rannvijay said

The actor, who has starred in films like ‘London Dreams’, ‘Action Replay’, has been a frequent visitor to the city for the past 12 years, mostly for its adventure sports especially bouldering. “I have visited almost all the tourist spots in the city. I mostly come here to climb boulders as Hyderabad is filled with boulders. And what better to do than to climb and jump off them while you’re here. For first timers I would suggest the tourist spots and the authentic Hyderabadi food. For the adventurous, the suggestion is to go out into the outskirts and try trekking and bouldering. There is a lot of off-roading that happens,” Rannvijay said.
