Anushka to produce ‘Delhi Belly’ writer’s flick.The leading studio, it is said, has pulled out of the project in the last minute saying that though they liked the script, the budget far exceeded what was planned.
Anushka Sharma will be producing the debut flick of Akshat Verma, the writer who penned the very successful ‘Delhi Belly’. The actress, who is riding high on the success of her recent production venture ‘NH10’, came to the writer’s rescue after a popular studio turned its back on him.
The leading studio, it is said, has pulled out of the project in the last minute saying that though they liked the script, the budget far exceeded what was planned. Though the details of the cast are yet to be finalised, Anushka will not be featuring in the movie.
