Ravi Teja to play 20-year-old in Sudheer Varma’s next

Ravi Teja’s screenplay-based drama with Sudheer Varma will see the actor in two shades – one that of a 20-year-old while the other of a 50-year-old.

“Ravi Teja will play a 20-year-old in the film and he shall prep-up to look much younger ahead of the film’s shoot next year. He is expected to look the way he did when he was in mid 20’s for the project,” informs a source close to the actor.

Apparently, Ravi Teja will also have to gain all the weight he lost and some more as well a couple of months later for the elderly role. “His role has twin shades in the film. He will be gaining back a few kilos after he’s done shooting for the adolescent part.

The second part of the film’s shooting will resume after a break of two months. When the story was narrated, Ravi Teja understood what was expected of him, and immediately told the director that he will pull out all stops to look the part,” adds the source.

While Ravi Teja’s memories of his past are shown in flashback episodes in his earlier screenplay-based film ‘Naa Autograph’, interestingly, in the Sudheer Varma’s directorial, both the shades of the actor will be shown parallelly and the story will go back and forth in time.

Ravi Teja would begin shooting for Sudheer’s film after he wraps up director Chakri’s film or there is a possibility for him to juggle between both the sets.
