Natural hero Nani had a great year and he is news all through the year with hit films like 'Evade Subrahmanyam' and 'Bhale Bhale Mogadivoy'. He even gave his voice to hero in 'Ok Bangaram'. Next comes Super star Mahesh Babu, who released only one film but 'Srimanthudu' broke many records and made Mahesh stay in the news all through this year.
Also Bunny was trending throughout the year. His 'S/o Satyamurty' collected over 50 crores and his act as Gona Ganna Reddy in 'Rudhramadevi' proved his calibre. Star heroine Anushka completely stole the show this year with her versatile roles in 'Baahubali', 'Rudhramadevi' and 'Size Zero'. She was also in the news this entire year.
Though all these stars stood in news the whole year, this year undoubtedly belongs to team 'Baahubali' especially its captain SS Rajamouli. They took the entire media by storm and the film became the biggest hit in Indian cinema.
