Meanwhile, Allu Arjun recently had attended the court in Ranga Reddy over land dispute case and the people at the Court were surprised to see the actor's hand in a bandage. It is learnt that Allu Arjun got injured on the sets of Sarainodu while shooting an action sequence.
Looks like Boyapati Srinu who is known for his high-voltage action movies is taking this movie to another level with the action.
