Sharwanand’s next to be a romantic thriller
While he awaits the release of his forthcoming film ‘Express Raja’ this Sankranti, Sharwanand, meanwhile has green-lit his next. Known to dabble in different genres, his new film too falls in a genre which he hasn’t explored.

While he awaits the release of his forthcoming film ‘Express Raja’ this Sankranti, Sharwanand, meanwhile has green-lit his next. Known to dabble in different genres, his new film too falls in a genre which he hasn’t explored. A love thriller, it will be directed by P Mahesh of ‘Ra Ra Krishnayya’ fame. Apparently, Sharwaa believed the director had the film in his mind and so, flagged it off.
A source in the know reveals, “Sharwanand likes new filmmakers so much that he lets them know that he’s available, should they have an interesting plotline. So, it should come as a no surprise that his upcoming film too is with another young director.
Back when the script came his way, he was waiting for the right time to take a call. But he recently gave his consent and it will go on to floors shortly.” The lead actress for the film is yet to be finalised. It’s likely that a top-production house will pool in resources for the project.
