According to a leading news channel, the 'Airlift' actor, when was asked to comment on intolerance at an event, said, "Don't try to get any quote out of me because I won't say anything."
"What should I say, I am proud to be Indian," he added to his reply when asked to comment on the controversy on his contemporaries Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan.
Expressing his views on the 'Award Wapsi', the 48-year-old actor expressed, "Everybody has their own mindset I believe one should not harm anyone or damage any property whatever protest be it should be done peacefully."
It seems the 'Singh is Bling' star, who has always put forward his opinions in a rather meticulous manner, has for a change, smartly avoided courting any controversy.
