Another love story in-the-offing

After the failure of ‘Abbayitho Ammayi’, director Ramesh Varma is determined to make it big next. The filmmaker, we’ve learnt is currently working on another love story, with new faces in mind. The pre-production is currently underway and Mahesh Reddy will bankroll the film, which will go on floors in June.

The director says, “I’m almost done with the writing. It’s a love story and we are looking for newcomers to play the lead roles. The plot revolves around three teen couples from three different countries. We are planning to shoot in Australia, Europe and America.”

So how different will this love tale be from his earlier films? “My previous films always had reputed cast and there were expectations surrounding them, causing their downfall eventually. But this time, since I’m going with newbies, there’ll be less pressure on me and I can focus more on content,” he reasons.
