Venky may play a key role in Boyapati’s next

Bellamkonda Sreenivas sophomore effort Speedunnodu might have sunk without a trace at the box-office, but the actor has a reason to cheer for with regards to his next. If the makers of this Boyapati Sreenu directorial have their way then superstar Venkatesh might be on board playing a key supporting role. Yes according to sources the top-drawer director is keen on having Venky on board for a game-changing role in the film.

The director is confident of Venky joining his team. He is designing a strong supporting role for the actor. They haven’t bounced him the final script yet but the team is very interested on veteran’s participation in the film confirmed a source close to the production house Abhishek Pictures.

Another source close to Venky who is currently shooting for Babu Bangaram pointed out Although the actor was in talks with Kishore Tirumala for a new project he hasn’t signed any other film leaving his date diary empty for the rest of the year. He has been encouraging Sreenivas ever since he made his debut as he goes a long way with his father Bellamkonda Suresh.

He will do the role only if it shapes up to his liking, but expect him to spring a surprise.

To roll on shortly in Hyderabad the makers are planning to wrap up the yet-to-be-titled actioner by January. Rakul Preet Singh is cast opposite Sreenivas.
