At a time when Indian actors are looking to branch out to Hollywood, here’s an interesting turn around. In what could possibly be a first of its kind effort in Telugu cinema, director Krish is planning to rope in Hollywood actor and wrestler Nathan Jones for his under-shoot film ‘Gautamiputra Satakarni.’

Krish is currently filming massive war sequences (climax scenes) in Georgia, where Satavahana soldiers battle it out with Greeks. To give the historical drama an international appeal, the filmmaker approached the burly former WWE star to lead the Greek Army. Excited with the prospect of being part of epic war sequences, the 6 foot 11 inch actor, who starred in big Hollywood films like ‘Troy’, has evinced his interest to board the project.

If talks turn fruitful, then the wrestler-turned-actor will be seen locking horns with Nandamuri Balakrishna in the summit clash. A source from the unit reveals, “Jones was approached for role of a Greek soldier and he instantly liked the idea. The negotiations are underway. He is likely to sign on the dotted line.”

Interestingly, the ‘Mad Max: Fury Road’ actor already debuted in Indian cinema as a baddie in a Tamil film ‘Bhooloham’. He will also be seen in upcoming Bollywood film ‘The Flying Jatt’, which stars Tiger Shroff.
