Nag all praise for S Radha Krishna

Superstar Nagarjuna says the industry needs producers like S Radha Krishna who put their heart and soul into a movie. “I was shooting in Mahabaleshwar when I rang Radha Krishna and congratulated him on ‘Premam’ success.

Artists yearn for producers like him who are deeply involved with every aspect of filmmaking. When he told me that he was unhappy with some portions of the film and that he wants to reshoot them, thereby deferring the release, I told him to proceed. He was looking at quality than rushing with the release.

There are very few producers like him. I hope his association with my son Naga Chaitanya continues in the future too,” said Nag. He was speaking at the success meet of ‘Premam’ in Hyderabad on Wednesday.

Praising Chay, he said, “My father wouldn't praise me because he felt he shouldn't do so as a father. But I would like to laud my son. Chay, well done! I was at the same age as his when I did ‘Geethanjali’. I opened up us an actor and did ‘Geethanjali’ and I felt Chay too did the same thing with ‘Premam’.”

Heaping high praise on film’s director Chandoo Mondeti, Nag noted, “It was a difficult film to remake but he executed it well. I want him to do a film with me now.”
