Nayanthara, after doing some ghost stories like ‘Mayuri’ and ‘Dora,’ winning accolades and setting the cash registers ringing as an upright District Collector in ‘Vyjayanthi’, now returns in a grey role-of a drug peddler in 'CoCoKokila'. Some time ago, young composer Anirudh Ravichander has revealed Nayantara’s role in `Kolamaavu Kokila’. According to the young music composer, Nayanthara plays an innocent girl who decides to start selling drugs owing to poverty. Anirudh also said that the film would be a dark comedy with superb fun elements.
Anirudh said that sometimes, Nayanthara would cook and send him feast like lunch. “Nayanthara likes my music and she had even sent me a message saying ‘I’m your big fan’. Despite facing a lot of ups and downs, Nayanthara still retains the top position in the industry”, said Anirudh, in an interview to Tamil Media. Featuring comedian Yogi Babu and Nayanthara, the song has become viral on social networking sites and it’s currently trending on YouTube, aver makers. Directed by Nelson, the shooting of the film has been completed and the makers are only waiting to lock an apt release date in Tamil and Telugu.
