Tirupathi: Early on Friday, Hemasundar Reddy, an assistant technical officer of Engineering Section at TTD was caught red-handedly by the ACB officials for accepting a bribe of Rs 1000.
The contractor who won the tender for the arrangement of flexes during Brahmotavas of Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy was demanded a bribe of Rs 1000 by the accused. The former approached the ACB officials, who in turn caught Hemasundar Reddy, red-handedly. The accused has been arrested and has been grilled by the ACB officials.
