Bapatla (Guntur): A tenth class student of Jawahar Bharati School at Railpet in the town was allegedly raped by principal Srinivasa Rao on March 27. The incident came to light on Tuesday. Her mother found the girl weak and dull on Monday night, allegedly after severe bleeding. She revealed the ghastly incident. The principal had allegedly threatened her. The angry mother, accompanied by relatives, rushed to the school. Not finding the principal, they damaged the furniture. Police reached the school and registered a case. They arrested the principal.
