80 jailed for drunken driving

Eighty jailed for drunken driving, According to Additional Commissioner of Police (Traffic), the cases that have been registered up to November 7 were 12, 130 and total imprisonments were 2,269.
Hyderabad: A local court had sentenced three persons to two days of imprisonment, two persons to five days of imprisonment and 75 persons till the rising of the court for drunken driving. A total of 298 cases were booked against drunken drivers during the campaign carried out over the last weekend on October 31 and November 1.
The vehicles that were apprehended included 237 two-wheelers, six three-wheelers, 52 four-wheelers and three others.
According to Additional Commissioner of Police (Traffic), the cases that have been registered up to November 7 were 12, 130 and total imprisonments were 2,269.
