Medak woman raped, killed
A widow was raped and later killed. This incident took place in Medak district, Pulkal mandal, Itikyala Village. The incident came to light very late.

Going into the details, after death of her husband, Minpuru mallama (28) was living with her parents and working in a Toddy depot.
Mallamma didn’t return from work on 20th of this month. The family inquired her whereabouts with the friends and family but to no avail. Later her brother filed a complaint with the police on 24th of this month.
Later that week a shepherd informed the villagers of a dead body of a woman in the village outskirts. The body was decomposed beyond recognition. The villagers recognized the sari and informed the family. The police came to a conclusion that the women was raped first and killed later.
