Hyderabad: In a shocking incident, robbers bolstered courage to strike twice in less than a week's time at the house of son of film actor, producer, Rajahmundry MP Murali Mohan.
According to police, Maganti Ram Mohan, son of MP Murali Mohan, lodged complaint alleging that thieves struck at his house and took away a costly TV from his house late on Saturday night.
A week earlier, a Sri Lankan female guest at Maganti house lost Rs 6 lakhs worth jewellery and foreign currency.
On receiving information, police rushed to his house.
Clues team and dog squad were pressed into service.
Cops also took fingerprints from various articles, kept close to the TV set.
Banjara Hills ACP Uday Kumar Reddy, detective inspector Ram Babu are heading the investigations and even DCP (W) A Venkateswara Rao inspected the premises. Police questioned the cook, servant, maid and seven others.
