Mahabubnagar: Entire cotton stocks were gutted in a major fire accident that took place at Sri Venkateswara Cotton Ginning Mill in Gadwal town in the district on Wednesday. The Cotton Corporation of India (CCI) took cotton ginning mill on lease from its owner B Rajashekar Reddy. The CCI purchase officer SS Gowda estimated the loss at Rs 4 crore. However, the cause of fire is not ascertained immediately.
