City Police Commissioner M Mahender Reddy on Saturday issued orders to detain Mohd Parvez alias Farru, 20, an auto driver of Yakuthpura, under Preventive Detention Act for his unlawful activities affecting public order. According to South Zone Deputy Commissioner of Police V Satyanarayana, the accused was indulging in dangerous anti-social activities like murder, attempt to murder, automobile thefts and creating panic in the minds of general public.
